The FLUX SIMULATOR

The simulation part of the package wants to provide a flexible way to model - up to a certain limit - biases on RNAseq experiments as introduced by differences in investigated cell population and upstream experiments. It provides a graphical user interface to comfortably investigate the effects of changes in these pipelines. I plan to build a release of the program around end of january / start of february.
